Cakes!!

Here are a couple of cakes I made for a few special occasions!

First Cake: Cockrell School Of Engineering Career EXPO Cake!

 

My friends, Kristen and Roberto worked so hard, and did such a good job, I wanted to make them in awesome cake in honor of the career fair.

It was a vanilla cake with cherry filling, and cream cheese frosting!

For the EXPO letters I rolled out fondonat and cut them out in the shape of the logo.

They Loved it!

Second Cake: Trinidad and Tobago Birthday Cake!

It was my friend Ade's Birthday, and I had been promising him a cake for a while, so I made sure I made it this year! He's from Trinidad and Tobago so what better then to make him a Trinidad and Tobago themed cake!

Happy Birthday Ade!!!
